Mr. Devendra Chandra Jain (Chairman)
A Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, responsible for establishment of the parent company M/s Ajay Industrial Corporation in the year 1961 and has been associated with PPAP since its inception in the year 1978 (as partnership firm) and has carried the company to a pioneering position in the fields of Extruded Profiles & Door Sealing system for Indian white goods and automotive industries. Having total experience of over 46 years in various manufacturing fields, he has been instrumental in the successful implementation of various other ventures and today carries major functional responsibilities for all group companies.
Mr. Sharat Chand Jain (Vice Chairman)
He has donehis B. Com from Delhi University ,andis associated with us since PPAP’s incorporation. Having total experience of over 43 years in the fields of finance, accounts, taxation, import/exports & administration etc., has played a pivotal role in furtherance of joint objectives of group activities and has played a key role in creating a financially strong and responsible organization. He is entrusted upon the sole responsibilities for company’s financial, commercial, legal & administrative strategies.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Jain ( Managing Director)
Managing Director of our Company and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University , is associated with PPAP since its incorporation. He has vast experience of 27 years in the Plastic Extrusion field. Under his stewardship PPAP has established itself as pioneers in the Automobile component industry especially in the products segment to which PPAP caters to and has been pivotal in the company’s focus of understanding and satisfying the requirements of well-established customers viz. Maruti Udyog Ltd., Honda Siel Car India Ltd., General Motors India Ltd., Toyota etc. His Current Responsibilities are to handle the Production and Marketing Management and International operation of all automobiles unit.
Mr. Kaushal Kumar Mathur (Independent Director)
Director of our company is a science graduate and a Post Graduate from Delhi University . Also, he has done Post Graduation in Economic Planning, Economic Development Financial Management and Human Resources from Princeton University , USA . He has done Senior Executive Fellows Course in J F Kennedy School of Government relating to issues I Governances, Harvard University , USA . He is a retired IAS Officer and has about 40 years experience in policy formulation, general administration management, planning, co-ordination and execution of socio-economic development projects in diverse fields.
Mr. Brij Behari Tandon (Independent Director)
Director of our company has done M.A. in Economics and LLB from Delhi University , Delhi . Also, he is an Associate of Certificate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has been member of the Indian Administrative Services from 1965 to 2001, Election Commissioner of India from 13-06-2001 to 15-05-2005, Member of Delimination Commission from 12-07-2002 to 15-05-2005 and Chief Election Commissioner of India from 16-05-2005 to 29-06-2006 .
Mr. Satish Lal Tandon (Independent Director)
Director of our company has done Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from IIT New Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from FMS Delhi University, Delhi . Besides this he has attended several management courses organized by Alfa Laval Group in S weden, Denmark and USA, Harvard Business School for course on Competition & Strategy and Ashridge University, United Kingdom for Advanced Management Course. Also he has been awarded several awards from national and international organisations like “Udyog Ratna – Life Time Achievement Award” by the International Award Committee of Wisitex Foundation, Torchbearers of Pune city by Acharya Sudhanshuji Maharaj, spiritual guru and founder of The Vishwa Jagriti Mission and many other.
Mr. Surender Kumar Tuteja (Independent Director)
Independent Director of our Company is an IAS Officer of 1968 batch. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has served the government in several key positions at the state and national level and was Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Food & Public Distribution when he retired. He has been a consultant to the World Bank and UNIDO. Mr. Tuteja has rich & varied experience of 38 years. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the International Sugar Organisation, London. At present, he is working as the Chairman of Central Warehousing Corporation - A Government of India Undertaking and is on the Board of several Companies of repute.
Mr. Vinod Vaish (Independent Director)
Independent Director of our Company has done his Post Graduation in Physics, M.Phil in Social Science from Punjab University and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from Indian Institute of Public Administration, Delhi. In addition, he has also done a course in Project Appraisal and Management from Harvard University. He started his career by joining Indian Administrative Services (Madhya Pradesh Cade) in 1966. Mr. Vaish has been Collector, Gwalior (1976), Commissioner, College Education (1983-84), Industries Commissioner (1984-96), Managing Director, State Textiles Corporation and Agriculture Secretary in State of Madhya Pradesh (1988-1990), Joint Secretary in Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (1990-95), Additional Secretary in Ministry of Environment and Forests (1996 to 2000), Secretary, Ministry of Labour (2000-2002), Chairman, telecom Commission and Secretary, Department of Telecommunications (2002-2004) and Member, Telecom Disputes & Appellate Tribunal (2004-2007).
Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Duggal (Independent Director)
Independent Director of our Company is a textile engineer. He retired as Executive Director (Textile) from Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation (PSIDC), Chandigarh. He has served various private and government organisations in various capacities. He also served as Managing Director of NITCON after his retirement from PSIDC.
Mr. Rajeev Jain (Director)
A Science Graduate from Delhi University possess 15 years experience in Plastic Extrusion field.He possesses the technical capabilities, which are necessary for developing the business of the company especially in the field of Refrigeration Profiles. His Current Responsibilities includes management of Production, Research & Development and Quality Control for Refrigeration Division.
Mr. Anuj Jain (Director)
Director of our Company continuously striving for the dynamic growth of the Company has done B.E. from Manipal University and Diploma in Business management from University of Berkley, California . He possesses 6 years experience in the respective field and is looking after the export business of the refrigeration & customized products divisions of the company. He is also delegated with the Responsibilities of design and development of new products.
Mr. Abhishek Jain (Director)
The youngest Director of our Company injecting innovative ideas for the promotion of the Company is a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (USA). He has been actively involved in the affairs of group companies since his studentship. He has been able to contribute to the ongoing business of our Company. We are highly benefited due to his innovative style of management and is responsible for day to day production and development activities at the Automotive division.
